Sujit Choudhry Gives His Opinion on Eric Holder’s 2016 Tweet

Sujit Choudhry, who is currently the Director of Center for Constitutional Transitions, is very vocal about his beliefs concerning modern politics. Through-out his life he has held many jobs including lawyer, writer, and teacher. Sujit Choudhry gained his knowledge from many of the world’s finest institutions. These colleges include Harvard, Oxford, the University of Toronto, and McGill University.

Sujit Choudhry’s research and studies consist of learning how to use constitutional design in order to transition from a violent authoritarian rule to democratic politics. Sujit Choudhry’s writings don’t only consist of political philosophy and reform. A recent topic of Sujit Choudhry was Eric Holder and a specific tweet sent by Holder in late 2016.

One of the things Holder could have meant by the tweet was that constitutional boundaries are already in place to prevent a president from interfering in an investigation.
