InnovaCare, Leading the Way in Medicare Advantage Plans

Medicare Advantage plans are health insurance plans contracted with the federal government to provide Medicare benefits. Each Medicare Advantage plan must include all of part A and Part B services offered by original Medicare. Medicare Advantage plans must also include a limit on your out-of-pocket expenses for part A & B services. They also can provide additional benefits original Medicare does not cover such as vision, dental, hearing and other health/wellness programs.

There is a monthly premium you pay for the Medicare Advantage plans in addition to your part B monthly premium. They also charge a copayment, which is a fixed amount you are responsible for whenever you’re provided a service.

Below are the most common types of Medicare Advantage Plans:
Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO’s)
Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO’s)
Private fee-for-service (PFFS)
